I pounded the chicken out flat -, I used deli thin ham ,shredded mozzarella cheese, closed with tooth picks, rolled in butter and rolled generously in Panko Italian flavored bread crumbs baked at 350 for 45 minutes..... made a white wine sauce consisting of 1/2 stick butter, 1 cup white wine, 1/2 cup milk , thicken with corn starch then blend with emulsion blender ALL I CAN SAY IS AWESOME!!
