This was delicious. I used real bacon and sauteed the onion in bacon grease before adding it to the pan. We're a low-carb household so I didn't use the crust. I took it out of the oven about 5 minutes early. It browned up nicely. Thank you for the easy recipe!

This is a great quiche!! I especially like the lower fat content. I make it with a homemade pre-baked crust and crumbled bacon, rather than baconbits, and it always gets rave reviews.

Delicious! Easy to make early in the morning very little planning unlike other morning breakfast quiches. I like to add one more egg and a little more cheese.

Amazingly delicious and wickedly easy! I chose to use the pre-cut and rolled pie dough, but you could use a frozen, in-the-pan crust too. Just whipped it all up per directions (I did add chopped onions to the cheese mixture) and baked. I also baked it about 8 minutes more than the recipe said. I am sure that it just my oven though. I covered the edges of the crust with foil when it started to brown too much. Easy, take-along breakfast!

This was a huge hit. I'm not much of a cook but I've been trying to improve my skills. I wanted to try something easy but that would make my husband happy on a lazy Sunday morning. He LOVED this. I took the other reviewers advice and used shredded mixed parm cheese for the creaminess. I also used bacon pieces but won't do that again. It was a little fatty/ chewy and I think the bacon bits would do the trick for our tastes. I will make this again! Super easy and delicious!

Really good! I added salt, pepper, and garlic powder to add a little more flavor. I also used just cheddar cheese and real bacon and cut it up in small pieces before I cooked it. Very good recipe that can be modified to your taste buds! Thanks!

I cooked turkey sausage patties and cut them into small bite size pieces instead of bacon. It was wonderful and oh so easy... thank you for the recipe!

I used cheddar and oscar mayer bacon slices (pre-cooked). Was very quick and easy and delicious - even for the person who doesn't like quiche!

Pretty decent recipe for how easy it is. The first time I made the recipe I followed the directions. The second time I made the recipe I added a 1/2 cup of bisquick to the egg and milk mixture in place of a prepared crust to save some fat and calories. I also used 2% milk in place of the half and half. I thought it still tasted great. For added nutrition I added some chopped spinach. Great versatile and yummy recipe.

I love this recipe. It is quick and easy and tastes so good. I added a can of well drained crab meat and fresh spinach and cooked for 10 minutes extra. My family of four really enjoyed it. I will make it again and again.

Very good. Made this for my church group and left with none. I carmelized the onions and did all the prep work the night before. Easy and excellent will use again for sure.

Absolutely delicious! My kids and husband loved it, even though he initially wrinkled his nose about quiche! Only thing I did differently was to fry bacon to use in it. Thanks for a great recipe!
