This is the first quiche recipe I ever attempted and it was so easy and delish, that I have made it several times since. I am not exactly a "natural" in the kitchen but in all honesty, this is probably one of the best quiches I've ever had so it's clearly the recipe dimensions!!! Go DawnRobyn! I do use real bacon (about 5 slices of the precooked, which I just throw in the microwave), and I also add in a handful or so of chopped frozen spinach which I think adds to it. I have used Swiss cheese as well instead of Parm and it's been excellent. I pretty much use whatever cheese I have on hand.
You cannot go wrong if you use this quiche recipe as your base. It's fantastic!
