Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
  2. Score ham by making 1/2-inch deep diagonal cuts, creating a diamond pattern; transfer ham to a roasting pan.
  3. Mix brown sugar with enough yellow mustard to make a smooth, pourable sauce.
  4. Pour reserved pineapple juice over ham, followed by the honey.
  5. Pour brown sugar mixture over honey and arrange pineapple rings decoratively atop ham. Secure pineapple rings with toothpicks.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven until diamond pattern on ham splits open, 1 to 1 1/2 hours. Baste ham every 15 minutes with pan drippings.

Incredibly easy & tasty. Family loved it. I only used one cup of brown sugar and added a bit of the pineapple juice along with the mustard to make that part pourable. Definitely will use this again.

Made this ham recipe for Easter this year. My husband said it was the best ham he ever ate. I made the recipe exactly as posted. I wouldn't change a thing.

This ham was delicious. Very sweet flavor and very juicy, which is what I was hoping for. We omitted the honey (didn't have any on hand) and I think it would have been too sweet if I'd included it. Definitely a keeper!

Just tried this recipe for Easter. So good! We'll definitely be having this in the future.

Used this recipe for Christmas ham. The sauce was thick but really good. I really enjoyed this glaze. I did not cover in pineapple due to not having toothpicks, but it was really good. We even used the juice to dip the turkey in.
