I chopped orange segments instead of apples and it was wonderful. Whole family loved it.

I have this Taste of Home issue and think this is really some of the best slaw. I've been making it for a couple of years now. I love a sweet cole slaw and the apples add an additional sweetness and crunch. Not just for Easter. A defenite keeper!!

Don't let the name fool you! This is a great slaw for anytime of the year. It was very easy to make. I served it at my son's confirmation dinner and it was a big hit! I will definitely make this again.
