hard-boiled eggs, peeled
1 1/2 tablespoons
dill pickle, finely chopped
prepared horseradish, or to taste
salt and ground black pepper to taste
carrot, cut into rounds
canned black olives, or as needed
I haven't actually made this but the idea is so cute! I'll have to change it up and make it like I do deviled eggs (hubby won't touch them with mayo in them), but I think for father's day I'm gonna make these for him. I'm sure it will get a big smile on his face when he sees them. Going to put them in my egg tray and fill the bottom of it with olives and cherry tomatoes for fun, easy snacks. Thanks for the great idea :)
Fun recipe to make with kids. I had to leave out the horseradish because the kids would not like that. Very cute idea. Thanks!
