I made a batch of this fudge this morning. Since I'm not a big fan of peanut butter fudge, I had my Husband try it. He said it was creamy and delicious! So simple and easy to make too. I used others suggestion and did the 1, 2, 3 changes. I also used half creamy peanut butter and half extra crunchy... Perfect!!

We loved this fudge! I went with the suggested changes of 2 cups brown sugar, 1 cup peanut butter, and 3 cups confectioners sugar. This will be my peanut butter fudge recipe from here on out!

I accidentally purchased low sugar/low sodium peanut butter but decided to use it anyway. It still turned out great! My husband said it was the best fudge he'd ever had, and I used to send him fudge from Michigan, the Fudge Capital of the world! So forget paying $10 a pound for the fancy stuff--just buy some JIF and whip this up in five minutes!

Fantastic. I made it for Christmas gifts, but my family ate it all. I'm very particular about what I make for others, but this recipe nails it.

I went with the changes in the review of 3 cups confectioners, 2 cups brown, and 1 cup peanut butter. Very creamy and easy! Beware though, it is VERY sweet! I start timing at an early boil, before the rolling stage and it comes out perfect. Lining the pan with Saran wrap is a brilliant idea, and gives the fudge a perfect smooth top.

Like others I adjusted the sugars and peanutbutter- but I also replaced milk w/ teh dried milk- I usually do this w/ most recipes that aren't milk based. I hate fudge- really its too sweet, the texture is iffy, adn teh sugar content- shudder....but I make it every yr for teh holidays for others that love it....this recipe I'm keeping for me when ever I feel the need for something not too sweet and easy to make....love it thank you for sharing

This recipe's 5 stars makes all my old 5 star recipes seem like 3's!! It is a fantastic and easy recipe. I used skim milk....to lighten the calories (ha, ha)! The fudge is very soft and melts in your mouth....as good or better than any fudge I have bought at the beach! Will definitely make every year!

VERY delicious! Like everyone else I changed it to 1 C. peanut butter, 3 C. Confectioners sugar and 2 C. brown sugar. Also, to add texture I used 1/2 creamy PB and 1/2 crunchy PB. This was my first time every making PB fudge and it turned out wonderfully.

Awesome PB fudge! After reading the reviews I made a few alterations. I reduced the brown sugar to 2 cups, increased the PB to 1 cup, and made sure I whisked the melted butter, brown sugar & milk until very, very smooth. When making fudge (I have asked Santa for a candy therometer this year) I tend to error on the side of caution and boil for half a minute or a minute less than stated, and never above medium-low (4 on my stove).

I followed the recipe the first time and the suggestions the 2nd time. The suggestions changing the amount os brown sugar, peanut butter and conf. sugar turned out to be the key. Hint...sift the conf sugar to help with the lumps.

im licking the beater as i write this and so far im sold. i remember my "granny" sweating, burning herself, cursing the candy thermometer. hah! just a quick tip, i also got the "pebbles in the bowl" after adding to conf. sugar. after two quick splashes of milk (while running the mixer) it turned into a creamy dream. c'mon people use a little imagination and chutzpah here! speaking of which anyone for stir ins (choc or toffee chips, peanuts, coconut)? next time!

I thought this was a pretty easy recipe. I did what the other's suggested and made the fudge with 2 cups of brown sugar/3 cups of powder sugar with 1 cup of peanut butter.I have never had peanut butter fudge before so i was sure if it turned out right..but texture was good, but I thought it was to sweet. Should I try it with 1 cup brown sugar next time?

I followed the recipe exactly, even testing for the softball stage/using a candy therm. and it still came out crumbly. I did change the recipe to the 1,2,3 cup that everyone else mentioned too and while it tastes good, it's just a crumbly mess. Maybe I can use it for a cheesecake crust or topping or something.

Very yummy.........However a tad bit too sweet and not peanut buttery enough. I even followed what a lot of other reviewers said and changed the measurements to 3-2-1. Next time I will add even a little more peanut butter probably 1 1/4 cups, and a little less powdered sugar. Otherwise great!
