This was surprisingly good, and easy too. I decreased the brown sugar to 2 cups as suggested by another review. I also cooked the brown sugar, butter and milk in the microwave instead of on the stove. It worked perfectly, I just checked on it after 2 minutes and made sure it was at soft ball stage. I also added a half bag of mini marshmallows to the hot mixture before adding the powdered sugar...makes it a bit creamier I think. Altogether, a good peanut butter dessert!

Turned out fine, but no one cared for the taste. I think it would taste better with white sugar than brown sugar.

This is great fudge! I have tried many recipes for peanut butter fudge over the years and without fail, they all turned out horribly. But that all changed with this recipe. It is easy and can be made with a few ingredients. I didn't have enough brown sugar and used about a half cup of granulated sugar and it was still great! I really recommend this fudge!

Not the creamiest, but due to the ease and ingredients always on hand, this is a winner. Not too peanut-buttery, either, which is a plus on some occasions.

I love this recipe!!! SOOOO easy (i followed the previous poster's advice of reducing some ingredients)!! also, i didn't have brown sugar, so i substituted Jif's Peanut Butter and Honey because i noticed it contained molasses and hoped it would work.....well, it definitely did! Next time I will try it with brown sugar and regular peanut butter to see if there is a big difference in taste. :)

Awesome! The Best. And awfully hard to kill. The recipe amounts are forgiving, you can experiment a little with flavour. It also works equally as well with ICING SUGAR as it does with ICING MIXTURE (added later: and caster sugar if niether are available!) . The MAIN TRICK is to not boil it too long. Soft ball (drop a little in a glass of water a soft ball will form) stage will give a lovely creamy consistency. If it gets too hot (boils too long) you may end up with dry pebbles as your sugar tries to head off to toffee land (I'm Australian if you're not sure what I mean). (addition:) Also, works as well with smooth, cruncy, sugar/salt free fresh smashed pb - whatever's yr thing. ENJOY

I make this recipe exactly as is. I've been making it for over a year, always to rave reviews. It is very sweet, but that's just how I like it!

I'm still waiting for mine to set, but I tried an itty bitty little piece and WOW, this recipe is just way too sweet for me. I even decreased the amount of sugar I used- 2 cups brown sugar, 2 cups confectioner's sugar (that's all I had, thankfully), and I increased the PB to 1 cup. Maybe I'll try this again, with A LOT less sugar.

This turned out wonderful despite my screwups! lol I did not have powder sugar, so I made my own. It still malts in your mouth, but tends to fall apart easy now that it's cool. I also used the 1-2-3 cup changes, and used extra crunchy peanut butter. Can't wait to make this again when better prepared!!!

I'm not sure what I did wrong but it didn't taste like the fudge I was use to! My chocolate definetly didn't swirl and the fat seperated from the peanut butter chips.

OK to be honest i have just made it. it is actually in the fridger right know but. I tryed it with the info of the person before me. It worked. although i had to add hot water to the mixture because it lookes like sand. But i had realized after that what waz in the pan tastes better and cools faster that with the confectioners sugar.

Have been looking for a easy good peanut butter fudge recipe for awhile. This fits both. I used the 2 cups brown sugar 3 cups white sugar combo and used heavy cream because i had some to use up and we drink nonfat milk and I thought the heavy cream would be better. Definatly helped with my sweet tooth at 10:00 at night. Thanks for sharing.

I had no faith whatsoever in my ability to make fudge, but this turned out perfect! I used the 1-2-3 cup changes suggested by other reviews. And in my grocery, powdered sugar and confectioner's sugar are completely identical food items. Don't spend the extra 50 cents for a name brand. No need. Thanks for posting this awesome easy recipe!

After reading most of the reviews, I was a little intimidated to make fugde. BUT, I decided to jump in and do it. I followed the recipe to a T, except with the 3c. confectioner's sugar, 2c. brown sugar, and 1 c. p.b. It was very easy, and onc
