Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
  2. Mix refried beans with taco seasoning mix in a bowl; spread mixture into the bottom of an 8x8-inch glass baking dish. Spread sour cream over the refried beans; spread salsa over the sour cream. Sprinkle cheese over the top.
  3. Bake in preheated oven until cheese is melted but not bubbling, 6 to 10 minutes.

  • If you want to make this ahead, refrigerate until just before baking. Pull from refrigerator and let sit at room temperature while oven preheats. May take an extra 2 to 3 minutes cooking time.

This was pretty tasty, but incredibly runny. Perhaps it was the salsa I used. I won't be making it again.
