"This proves something that I've known for years: no matter how great a kitchen technique is, unless you use it regularly, you'll forget about it. This technique for making corn on the cob works perfectly, and I hope you give it a try soon."

Wow - this really works! I love corn on the cob but dread the whole cleaning process because the silk gets all over the place and nine times out of ten some of it is inevitably left on the cob. This was so simple and so easy it leaves you wondering "why didn't I think of that?". Definitely give this one a try - you won't regret it! Thanks Chef John for sharing a great kitchen technique that I won't forget!
I have tried this recipe before and it's fantastic. The only reason I've given it 3 stars is because you can only do 1 or 2 ears at a time.
