Very easy recipe. I always thought chicken marsala had to be more complicated. I did sautee the mushrooms separately and then added them to the chicken prior to adding the wine. My family loved it!

Quick and easy recipe. I added minced garlic to oil before frying chicken. Also doubled the amount of marsala wine. Wonderful flavor!

LOVE this recipe. I'd have to say it's probably one of my favorite recipes from this site. Chicken turns out moist and delicious every single time. Thanks!

Very delicious (a little slimy, but I think that was my fault. Too much oil.)

Very good, though I did make a couple changes. I threw in a minced garlic clove to sautee with the mushrooms and at the very end, I added about 1/2 TBS soy sauce and some dried parsely to the sauce just to simmer with the chicken and add a bit more flavor. I served the chicken with fresh green beans - a very healthy meal and very good!! PS: You can make these with pork chops/loins also!! Cooking time is about the same and just as good (if you're tired of chicken!)

My husband enjoyed this meal. I served it with mashed potatoes. Next time I will use other reviewers suggestions and add things to make more of the sauce. The recipe itself was pretty bland, but easy enough to where I will give it a second chance with a few changes. Thanks!

I didn't care for this one. I prefer the Easy Chicken Marsala recipe on this website. The sauce is richer, creamier, and has more flavor.

Excellent and very easy. Use 1 cup of Marsala wine though as 1/2 is not enought. I also added a little miced garlic for flavor. I'll definitely make this for company.

Very good! I added more marsala wine and a can of cream of onion soup which thickened it up & gave it a little more flavor... It was easy and will definitely make it again... Thanks!

Fantastic and easy. Be sure to use a good marsala wine. My husband likes it better than some of the dishes he's had in the italian quarter of our city.

Very easy to prepare. I doubled the amount of butter and oil and increased the marsala wine to 2/3 cup for a bit more juice. A keeper in my favorites.

I thought this was great!! I used Wondra instead of the flour and also added minced onion with the mushrooms (x-tra mushrooms) I used 1 cup marsala and only 2 breast of chicken. Served with crusty S.D. Bread and roasted potatoes. Husband loved it! THanks! I will make again!

MAde this tonight for my family of 5, this was wonderful! Made it in no time, even with hungry babies at my feet. I made some changes do to other comments I has read. . I tripled the wine, and added 3 cups chicken broth. and at the end of cooking added some half and half to make it smooth and creamy(great touch!) and some cornstarch to thicken. I had left over sauce, from a whole box of angel hair pasta, perfect! I chopped, green oinions fresh mushrooms, and garlic and lightly suateed so not to cook to much, then added to the sauce. Made angel hair pasta, and cheesey garlic bread with it..PERFECT! FAST! EASY!
