This was really good and easy to make. I wasn't sure about the tomatoes but they added a little something to the dish. I recommend draining the water after it's cooked and before it's served but we'll definitely make this again.

I was afraid this would be boring, especially with that much egg white and baked, but I was pleasantly surprised. I think the ham gave it a nice kick.
