This recipe is our family's holiday favorite. Grandma usually doubles the recipe otherwise it won't last long! The ball can be rolled in ground nuts, bacon bits, or left plain -- it's up to you!

Another version of the classic cream cheese, dried beef, and green onion combination. It can be varied by adding bacon bits, ground nuts, chopped olives, or whatever you like.

This is the easiest and best cheese ball. Don't be scared by the horseradish! I don't like it, but it tastes great in this recipe.

Every one loves this! Ham meat spread and olives really liven up the usual cheese ball ingredients. Serve with crackers.

Southern Made Cheese Ball

This delicious cheese ball was developed and modified by me, and every time I serve it I am forced to share the recipe with everyone who tastes it. I roll mine in diced green onion, pecans (or other nuts) or bacon bits before serving. Try experimenting with different types of meats and cheeses. It's a great appetizer for any party. This one will be gone first. Enjoy!!
