I have used this dumpling recipe multiple times and they always turn out fluffy. I'm actually using it tonight to use up leftover turkey from Christmas dinner for turkey and dumplings. Wonderful recipe!

EASY, FAST, PERFECT. I followed the recipe to a T and will never add noodles to soup again. If you crave dense moist chewy dumplings then look no further. I made some chicken soup last night and I added dumplings in less time than it would have taken me to cook the noodles. One word of advice is that these will expand so not only will one batch be enough for about 3 quarts of soup but will also displace additional liquid during cooking. (leave room in the pot)

I've never been brave enough to make dumplings. Took a chance on this recipe. Turned out wonderful...hubby and son raved about it. Thanks so much for sharing this recipe. It's one I'll make again and again.

OMG OMG!!! Perfectly amazing!!! I am horrible with dough recipes and anything I make doesn't come out right...but this was easy!! Tasted great, had a light and fluffy texture, and was perfect! Thank you a million times!

This was my first ever attempt at dumplings and it was simple and REALLY good. Family doesn't want noodles anymore in my chicken soup. Only thing I did different was plop very small spoonfuls into my pot.

Perfect as written, I use this with my homemade chicken soup. Kids love dumplings. Be patient and dont lift that lid, it really makes all the difference and be sure to simmer not boil the dumplings. Great recipe!
