Really easy to make. I needed more margarine, but no problem there. I made these for chicken n dumplins when I didn't have any canned biscuit dough. They tasted better, were much cheaper and what's best is that I get to say I made it all from scratch! :-D Thanks for sharing this recipe.

These dumplings were very tasty, light, fluffy and truly delicious. I didnt add anything to them, but I will add herbs next time and try different stews and soups. Great job!

the only change i made was using melted butter instead of cutting the butter into the mix. these came out a little bland. i'm going to play around with some spices next time, a good base recipe though.

A perfect dumpling recipe for stew. I made as directed, but stuck the pot under the broiler for 2 or 3 minutes afterwards to brown the dumplings slightly. Very fluffy, light, delicious.

I will try to make these again...the first time they were bland and didn't seem to cook all the way through.

I've made Bisquick dumplings for years. I was out of baking mix, s oI tried this "from scratch" version. These were almost as easy and were much fluffier. Even the kids noticed the difference. The cooking time was shorter, as well. This will be my new dumpling recipe.

Only my second time making dumplings, first time was a disaster... these were great, we had them with a pot roast and dill gravy. I will make these again, good change from rice, pasta and potatoes!

Pretty good, but a little heavier than I'm used to, but that's just personal preference. I'd like to try these again with the parsley. Thanks for sharing your family recipe.

The dumplings were good, I used Splenda in place of the sugar & it made the entire soup sweet...next time I will totally omit sugar/sweetner.

The guests loved it but I found it a bit tasteless. Made it a second time and seriously upped the salt and pepper ante.

I have made these 4-5 times and love them every time!! I would recommend doubling the recipe and I substituted butter for the margarine.

The first time I made these I fell in love. The last two times my dough was crumbly and they didn't work, if I formed it, it came out like clumps of glue, if i didn't it all fell apart
