Ingredients

  • 3 tablespoons ground sage
  • 3 tablespoons lemon pepper
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh rosemary
  • 2 teaspoons garlic powder
  • 2 teaspoons dried thyme
  • 2 teaspoons ground black pepper
  • 4 pounds pork spareribs

Directions

  1. Preheat an oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
  2. Mix the sage, lemon pepper, rosemary, garlic powder, thyme, and black pepper in a small bowl. Rub mixture onto the spareribs. Arrange ribs on a large baking sheet.
  3. Bake in the preheated oven until very tender, about 2 hours.
