This was excellent. I added some crushed red pepper flakes and some hot sauce to the cooking liquid. We ate it on warmed corn tortillas. I definately will make this again.

I made this in my crockpot and it turned out really moist and tender.Suggest cutting down on the oregano a little. Definitely a keeper.
