Great as is. Only thing I would recommend is to make the night before you need it to save on time, and let the juices/seasonings marinade. I also cooked it alot longer, like 2 hours. This is not dressing for a CROWD but would be good for a family of 4-6. This recipe fills a 9x13 pan about 1/2 way after cooked.
