This adds zip to your spud salad. A nice change from the usual mayonnaise dressing. Makes enough for 4 pounds of potatoes.

Toss together a healthful low-fat potato salad with mouth-watering golden potatoes, onion, celery and bacon. The creamy, yet fat-free dressing is mostly nutrient-rich fruit and veggies, too. In fact, the dressing gets its non-fat creaminess from pureed, vitamin A-rich canned sweet potatoes.

This is a creamy German-style potato salad with a tremendous flavor given from Asian ingredients! I made this up on a whim and everyone loved it. I add ham, but feel free to leave it out - it won't alter the flavor much, just the texture.

We love the name, the taste and that everything goes into the blender. Lots of ingredients, like tomato soup, Worcestershire sauce, and brown sugar. Some make it hot, others make it sweet. The end result is a dressing that you 'll love to keep on hand and toss with your favorite salad.

Red potatoes - with their skins left on - make this potato salad colorful and fancy. And the dressing is perfect - dill weed, mustard, mayonnaise and green onion. Chill a bit so that the flavors mingle and serve.
