Ingredients

  • 1 (5 ounce) can evaporated milk
  • 1/4 cup cider vinegar
  • 4 1/2 teaspoons white sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon ground black pepper

Directions

  1. Whisk the evaporated milk, vinegar, sugar, salt, and pepper together in a bowl until the sugar is dissolved. Chill until ready to use.
