FANTASTIC. I made the bread just as described, and because my loaf pans were slightly different sizes, they were all done between 40 to 50 minutes. With one of the baked loaves I tried a tasty change up. When it was still warm, I poked holes into the bread. I mixed up maple icing (1 cup powdered sugar, 1-2 T milk, 1/2 t imitation maple extract) and poured it over the top. Let's just say it was decadent!
