What a great EASY recipe! I'm not a big fan of pumpkin (pie or cheesecake) but thought I'd give pumpkin bread a try for Thanksgiving morning. I followed the recipe but I didn't have ground ginger or cloves in the pantry so I omitted those and it still came out wonderful. Super moist and perfect for an autumn day. Thank you for sharing this recipe.

I'm an absolute beginner to both cooking and baking and not only was this recipe easy, it tasted great and was a hit with my family on Thanksgiving. Very moist and tastes even better with some melted butter on top. Will bake again!

I was expecting this to be AMAZING and it was alright, I wish it was a little moister though. I don't know if I overbaked it or what but it was a little dry.

Love it, love it, love it! This is by far the best pumpkin bread I have ever had! It is best after sitting overnight, and is great out of the freezer as well!

Being my family is from Maine I thought they would appreciate this. Grandpa loved it. He asked if he could keep the extras to have with coffee, grandma wanted to have it for breakfast...and said they might have with cream cheese for dessert. I followed the recipe as directed. Made if for Thanksgiving and will make it again. They house smelled wonderful!

GREAT! I have a son who is Autistic and has a hypersensitive mouth which limits what he can and cannot eat. He ate almost the ENTIRE loaf!! That says something. Great recipe! I will be making it in small loafs and passing it out as Christmas gifts to my staff!

WOW...this recipe is so good! I made over 40 loaves this past weekend for my Clients and received numerous compliments on how moist the bread was! I followed the recipe exactly...I sifted together all the dry ingredients. The baking time for my oven took about 10 minutes longer.

I made it with half of a can of Libby's easy pumpkin pie mix, and omitted the spices called for. It was great and easy both with time and the pocketbook. I made one large loaf and 12 muffins. They were delish, and moist!

Super yummy and easy! It comes out perfect every time. I added white raisins, walnuts, and used white and brown sugar as suggested by others and everyone loves it. Awesome recipe.

This recipe is amazing. I too love the starbucks pumpkin bread and have been looking for a copy cat recipe. This is almost just like it. I changed the recipe and added 1/2 teaspoon ginger and instead of 3 cups of white sugar I used 2 and 1 cup brown sugar. My family and I will enjoy this recipe for many years to come. I also think I will make this as Christmas presents for relatives. Thank you Laurie Bennett.

this pumpkin bread is so delicious! i just made 2 loaves and the first loaf is already 1/2 way gone! i didn't have any cloves, nutmeg or ginger, so i just used 1 1/2 teaspoons of pumpkin pie spice instead. it is absolutely amazing!

This recipe is AWESOME just as written, but I have made it several times and have made it even better and healthier by replacing 1/2 of the oil with applesauce. Also using 1/2 brown sugar and 1/2 white sugar! The recipe also calls for 3 small loaf pans, all of it fits very well into 2 of my regular sized loaf pans!
