Amazing! I made two loaves and a dozen muffins. I put the extra baked/finished loaf in the freezer and just recently took it out several weeks later, and left it out to thaw over night. It still tasted perfect, if not better (more moist!). This is a large recipe so the freezer option is great!

This was pretty good. It was a little dry, but I might have over cooked it. It definatly needed nuts though. The spice was very good.

Delightful! Not a big fan of oil, so I used two sticks of melted/cooled butter. Thank you for the recipe.

I have made this recipe often over the last month and everyone loves it. I add some raisins and throw chopped walnuts on top. And am liberal with the spices. Definately gets better with age. Perfect recipe.

I used pumpkin pie mix because I couldn't find pumpkin puree and it tasted wonderful! The spices combined with the pumpkin pie mix made for a highly complimented bread! Very moist and came out beautiful.

I followed this recipe to a T and found it to be just OK. My husband wasn't very impressed with it either. I gave one of the loaves to my mother-in-law before I tried it - and hope she liked it. don't know what it was - I love pumkin.... Maybe we're just used to Janet's Rich Banana Bread that I often make from this site.

Very Moist and Delicous :) I did as some reviewers suggested and used half white Sugar and half brown sugar. I did find mine had to bake for about 70 min. I made 3 loaves for Thanksgiving Breakfast and it was a Hit. My sister's kids even took some home for their dessert. We just sliced it and topped it with cream cheese. Thankyou for a great recipe

This was a huge hit! I took one loaf to my family for Thanksgiving and the second to work. Everyone loved it! I plan on taking the third to my future in-laws and I know they'll enjoy it as well.

What a great EASY recipe! I'm not a big fan of pumpkin (pie or cheesecake) but thought I'd give pumpkin bread a try for Thanksgiving morning. I followed the recipe but I didn't have ground ginger or cloves in the pantry so I omitted those and it still came out wonderful. Super moist and perfect for an autumn day. Thank you for sharing this recipe.

I'm an absolute beginner to both cooking and baking and not only was this recipe easy, it tasted great and was a hit with my family on Thanksgiving. Very moist and tastes even better with some melted butter on top. Will bake again!

I was expecting this to be AMAZING and it was alright, I wish it was a little moister though. I don't know if I overbaked it or what but it was a little dry.

Being my family is from Maine I thought they would appreciate this. Grandpa loved it. He asked if he could keep the extras to have with coffee, grandma wanted to have it for breakfast...and said they might have with cream cheese for dessert. I followed the recipe as directed. Made if for Thanksgiving and will make it again. They house smelled wonderful!
