Very good, and easy. I think I might try it with parmesan instead of mozzarella next time to add even more flavour. Thanks!

Really good! Followed the recipe except for adding extra garlic. I think next time I will omit the oil and just leave it with the sundried tomato oil-that would've been plenty! I had extra oil left after loading up the bread so I soaked some smaller pieces of bread in it and made croutons-yummy.

Make the recipe as is !! It really works !!! To make it authentic I used ciabatta bread. Sliced it, brushed the slices of bread lightly with garlic oil, put them under the grill for a few minutes untill crisp. Top with the tomato mix and SLICES of mozzarella (couldn't get grated the first time and the sliced mozzarella turned out GREAT) Fresh Roma tomatoes give a fabulous flavour. This is a no-fail-favourite !!!!

Loved this recipe! I did make it a little easier and spiced it up a bit. I used 2 cans of diced tomatoes with green chilies (drained) in substitution for the 6 romas. It was easier than cutting up the tomatoes and added a little heat to the bruschetta. I plan to add a small can of olives next time for another twist!

Love this recipe. Have made it three times since finding it online... Absolutely great as it is, but decided to try adding a smidgen of anchovy paste to it on the third time. It sent it over the edge from outstanding to sublime!!! Thanks so MUCH for this recipe!!!

This was great but I'm really glad I left out the oil. The oil from the sundried tomatoes in more than enough. And make sure you use bread that gets crispy in the oven, mine went soggy.

I made this for a bridal shower. I had do double the receipe, it turned out great. I was unable to melt cheese on top, instead I put freshly grated parmesan on top and it was fantastic. Everyone loved it.

I made this for an Italian themed party last night and everyone raved about it. Someone even said, "This is the best thing I've ever eaten!" I did use cherry tomatoes instead of roma and those didn't take long to slice at all! Excellent recipe! A keeper!

Just made this a few minutes ago...I didn't have half the ingredients, and it turned out just fine! I have to use some powders for the garlic and onion, and didn't have any vinegar at all! I had already decided that I would just put the tomatoes over my slices of cheese and eat it cold, but I totally forgot about the cheese last minute and had to layer some over my tomatoes, then stick it in the microwave for 30 seconds! It was a mess, but tasted fine! (Oh, and I decided to make this last minute and didn't have time to get groceries...I just put everything over some whole grain toast! xD not as good as a baguette, but certainly not bad either!)

Wow...this is soooooo good. I made this for a party..they were gone in a flash ! I also used chopped canned tomatoes and it was delish! I think the canned tomatoes add a bit more flavor then the fresh.

This recipe is restaurant worthy! I Followed the recipe exactly then added caramelized onions and a balsamic glaze drizzled on top to finish it off.
