This was absolutely fantastic! I made it for Christmas and it was such a huge hit that everyone asked me to continue it as a tradition. Perfect texture, scrumptious flavor, and easy to make. Thank you!!!

This was very easy to make! I used light cream cheese and didn't think the flavor suffered any. I prepared this a day ahead and it was really tasty! My guests seemed to enjoy it. Will definitely make again! This had a very light pumpkin flavor...you could probably add more pumpkin puree for extra pumpkin taste!

Thanks for this recipe, I used pumpkin pie spice instead of the spices listed. I made this for Thanksgiving and my mother-in-law "told" me I was bringing it for Christmas. I also made it for treat day at work and everyone wanted the recipe. Thanks again!

I felt bad that I don't love traditional pumpkin pie, so I decided to try this recipe and I'm SO glad I did! This is the best! It tastes so great! I used the Keebler Shortbread pre-made crust and everyone LOVED it!

Delicious recipe - appeals to pumpkin fans and cheesecake fans alike! I made this pumpkin cheesecake to bring to my parents' for Thanksgiving, and everyone loved it. I tried to make it slightly lower in fat by replacing the cream cheese with Neufchatel and using a reduced fat graham cracker crust, and it still came out great with an excellent cheesecake taste with just enough pumpkin and spices. This was a very easy recipe to make and I will most likely make it again for future holidays.

I work in a nursing home and we have a big family Thanksgiving dinner every year. This year I made this recipe and I got raves... I increased the recipe to feed 200 people and it turned out so well. I did put it in a homemade graham cracker crust, but everything else was per the recipe...Easy to do...

I made this for a men's fellowship dinner this past weekend. Very good! I doubled the recipe (added a little more spice and pumpkin to boot) and made a thick Graham cracker crust in a 10" spring-form pan. I also decided to bake it in a water bath. Took 1 hour 15 min to bake but NICE! At the end, I added some allspice, cinn. and nutmeg to the whipped cream and dusted it w more allspice. Oh boy!
