Very yummy! I took it to my holiday dinner and work and one or even two wasn't enough to go around--first dessert on the table to vanish. I loved it myself and it was definately easy to make!

This was a big hit over the holidays! I also made a few changes by combining some suggestions from previous reviews. first off, I made a gingersnap/shortbread cookie crust in a 10 inch springform pan. I used 3 packages of cream cheese and 1/2 cup of sour cream(as suggested in a previous review). After putting in the first layer I added almost a whole can of pumpkin puree and added more spices than the recipe called for and 1 tbsp of spiced rum suggested in a previous review. I cooked it in a water bath at 350 for one hour and it didn't crack at all. I served this with a homemade cinnamon whipped cream. Everyone loved this cheesecake and I will definitely be making it again!!! Thanks for the great recipe and for all the great reviews!

WOW! This was awesome! I made my graham cracker crust and I used 3 blocks of cream cheese instead of 2. After I put the 1st layer down on the crust, I added one can of pumpkin (instead of 1/2 cup)to the remaining mix and an extra egg. I also added extra of all the spices- we like a lot of spice :) Baked it for an hour in a springform pan and it was wonderful! My cheesecakes always crack, but when it is covered in whipped cream, no one's the wiser. Very good recipe for the Holidays. Thanks!

Very good recipe. I followed directions but had to leave mine in the oven for about 10-15 minutes longer than the recipe calls for. This was a hit on Thanksgiving. I will be saving this one.

This had a very good flavor but I was expecting it to be a little less soft like a regular cheescake or pumpkin pie. It is more soft like a mousse. I may have just undercooked it.

This pie was fantastic. For those that like pumpkin but maybe don't LOVE it, this is your recipe. Just a hint of pumpkin to make it appropriate for the holidays. Everyone devoured it - I should have made two. Thanks Stephanie!

I made this recipe for christmas and I loved it! It was very simple to make and didn't take a lot of time. I recommed making two, because the pie went very quickly (no seconds =[) Next time I make it though I am going to add more pumpkin for added flavor. And make some homemade nutmeg whipped cream to top it off, cause regular whipped cream didn't do it justice.

I love this but I do up it by one third and this time I used a gingersnap and graham cracker crust which gave it a little zest. Wow it was so good.. no whipped topping, only fresh whipped cream in dollups.

I made this for Thanksgiving it was the hit of the party. Everyone was surprised that it was a home made cheescake. I did alter the recipe a little. My family doesn't like cloves or cinnamon that much so I omitted the cloves all together and put only a pinch of cinnamon and increased the nutmeg to 1/2 teaspoon. Eveyone loved it because there was just a light pumkin flavor. Super easy to make. Thanks Stephanie!

I thought this was really delicious and a nice change from pumpkin pie. I increased the spices for my spice-loving audience. My only quibble was that I couldn't really taste the pumpkin; maybe adapt the recipe to use a cup or more of pumpkin puree?

This is such an easy cheescake recipe, and tastes so good. A good way to serve pumpkin other than the normal pumpkin pie. Will make it again!
