I normally don't care much for pumpkin flavored things but decided to make this anyway last Thanksgiving since I know my family usually likes pumpkin pie. Let me just tell you... This was literally one of the BEST desserts I've ever had. SO NOM. Only thing I changed though (which actually I think made a world of difference) was the crust. I made my own crust out of store-bought snickerdoodle cookies (finely crushed using a ziplock bag and rolling pin) & a little bit of melted butter in order to shape it into a crust within the pan. I promise you, you will NOT be disappointed if you try this!!

added sliced apples mixed with cinnamon and sugar on top. Oh my goodness, I've never tasted a better cheesecake!

This cheesecake is so good! My mom has made it for Thanksgiving for years. It's a tradition in our family and it's a huge hit every year! So rich and creamy.

**Homer drool** If anyone can picture that, that's what my family did when this landed on the table for Thanksgiving...it was delicious! Since making it exactly as the recipe stated, I actually substituted the pumpkin puree with an equal mixture of egg nog and the flavored (white chocolate) cream cheese and again...it was heavenly. Thank you so much for this recipe. We'll forever be grateful :)

I loved the recipe, I did make my own graham cracker crust, but It needs more cream cheese filling, I will make this again, but will add more cream cheese filling.

This was pretty yummy - especially since I love anything pumpkin. My non-cooking 12-year-old daughter made it all by herself, which tells you it was also very easy.
