OMG! Sooooooo good. Made this exactly from recipe except I put an egg wash on top crust and sprinkled with sugar. AWESOME. Thank You for my new rhubarb pie recipe.

Yum! I didn't have quite enought rhubarb ready in my garden, so I threw in a few strawberries from my freezer and cut the sugar a bit to compensate. Turned out great - thanks for the recipe!

Aged the Rhubarb 2 days 6 stalks makes four cups Made the pie and this was great just lke Granny used to make. I took pic everything went well and smooth

My first time making Rhubarb pie. I made it for my boyfriend's Grandpa's birthday. I got review's saying it was the best rhubabrb pie ever... Yes, now I'm going to be making rhubarb pie for all the family functions.

My son loved this pie recipe so much - I made it twice in one week. I like the versatility - if fresh rhubarb is unavailable, the end notes in this recipe tell you how to use frozen rhubarb successfully and easily. 5 stars to you !! PJH
