What a hit--people were scraping the bowl when it was empty! I used the cheesecake flavored pudding with the coffee, and it gave a bit of a pleasant tang. I made cake-like brownies; doubled the pudding and the coffee; used a bag of crushed Heathbar; saved some plain Coolwhip for the top; and sprinkled with more Heathbar. Very delicious--almost like a tiramisu. The only ones who didn't like it were those who don't like coffee...their loss!

This is super easy and absolutely wonderful. I bought the brownie bites and cut them up even smaller. Instead of one big bowl I made individual parfaits. YUM!

I've brought this to two potlucks and received many compliments. I personally find it too be almost too rich and sweet, but most people loved it. I used french vanilla instead of the white chocolate pudding and real whipped cream instead of the cool whip since my husband despises cool whip. I didn't add any sugar to the cream when I whipped it, as this is certainly sweet enough. This trifle is impressive looking and garners lots of "oohs and aahs" when you put it out on the table. Not a dessert for just our family on an average weeknight- way too much work and much too heavy, but it seems to be a party favorite.

This recipe was very rich! I could only eat very little. We had to throw most of it away. I would prefer a little more of the pudding layer. I only did two layers and didnt have enough to cover it completly. I would recommend doubling the pudding. I also put whip cream on the top.

I made this the night before for a mixer with my Mothers and More group. It was awesome. Everyone loved it. I added a couple of chocolate chips to the toffee layer. I will make again for sure!

This didn't last very long!! I bought the smaller pkg of white choc. pudding mix, so I had to add another package and only had chocolate on hand...I ended up with more chocolate layers, but who cares when it tasted as good as it did!! I also added some Nutella hazelnut spread to the pudding and WOW, what an incredible flavor!!! I will definately make this again!! THANKS!!

WOW this was awesome!! I served it for December's full moon gathering and everyone LOVED it. I'm still hearing how wonderful it was. I did make a few changes. Instead of the candy bar I used the bag of Scor toffe already crushed up and since my friend has a milk alergy I used mocha mix instead of milk in the pudding. And I used Fat Free cool whip when mixing it and then I added extra creamy cool whip to the top and more candy! Thanks for the recipe!

I followed advice and used cheesecake pudding instead of white chocolate - so good. I don't know how much 2 cups of frozen whipped topping is, but I used 8 ounces and that was the perfect amount. Delicious dessert!

Ohhh, yumm! This was so easy and delicious. Everyone loved it, adults as well as kids!! The white choc. pudding with the instant coffee was such a great combination. I was afraid the coffee flavor would be too strong, but it wasn't. Only mistake I made was forgetting to take the cool whip out of the freezer ahead of time. I was in a rush and had to do a quick defrost. It worked out, but just thought I'd give that little reminder! Enjoy!!

This was my first trifle, and the first time I got to use my new trifle bowl - what a success! I made this on Thanksgiving, and had to make another one the same week so we could have more! It's rich, but for true chocoholics, it's simply perfect. I used Skor bars instead of Heath - they are less sweet, and chop well in a food processor.

This is GREAT! Children and adults all loved it. A substitution of regular chocolate pudding for the white chocolate works fine.

I made this recipe for a dinner party, and it was a big hiat. It is relatively easy to make, and has a great impact when served in a pretty trifle bowl.

This is a beautiful desert that will impress with its looks and taste. I didnt have two packages of chocolate pudding mix so I used one and one cheesecake flavored mix. You couldnt really tell, it still turned out great. Next time I will make my brownies "cake-y" instead of fudgey, but that's just personal preference. This recipe is even better the next day!!!

I suggest serving with whip cream & sprinkle with cinnamon, because that is the only way we could eat it. The filling just didn't do anything for us. I think a cream cheese filling would've been better.

Didn't change a thing. Fabulous but rich. Definitely have some milk or water to go with it. Next time, I might chop up some extra heath candy bars for the bottom and middle layers though. Will be making this one again.

YUM! I only made 2 layers instead of 3. I only used 3 tsp of coffee vs. 4 - 4 would have been too overpowering for my taste. Wonderful desert and beautiful presentation!
