This is a very nice change of pace, yet still familiar, cookie. I followed the recipe, though I did sub sea salt for regular salt per personal preference. I also used a mixture of milk chocolate and semi sweet chips for the 1/2 C chocolate chips. I've found my preferred cookie baking temperature is 300, so I bakes at 300 for 10 minutes. THANKS, Lori Daniels, for a new cookie recipe!

I took a point away because these cookies actually baked for 11-12 minutes. They were yummy though!

Great peanut butter cookie. I used regular butter because I was out of shortening. I also omitted the peanut butter chips. Thanks for sharing.
