Original Recipe Yield 1.5 cups
 

Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup steak sauce
  • 1/4 cup sherry
  • 3 tablespoons light brown sugar
  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 clove garlic, peeled and minced
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper

Directions

  1. In a medium bowl, mix steak sauce, sherry, light brown sugar, soy sauce, garlic and pepper. Place desired meat in the mixture. Cover and marinate in the refrigerator at least 4 hours before grilling as desired.
