I hate oatmeal and this is the only recipe from this site that I can eat. It actually tastes good. Very creamy and hearty.

I'm an oatmeal beginner and really enjoyed this recipe. I'm used to the little packets of oatmeal you can buy at the store and they are really sweet. This wasn't nearly so sweet, so I was surprised at how much I loved it. Happy day! Thanks for sharing!

This recipe was delicious. I didn't have quick cooking oats so I used original oats and it still turned out fine. I just cooked the oats for 5 mins instead of 2. Also, I noticed it was looking more watery than I liked, so I decided to use 3/4 cups of oats instead of 1/2 cup and kept everything else the same. I would probably use slightly less sugar next time as well, perhaps 1.5 tablespoons instead.

This oatmeal was delicious! The only change I made was I used 1/2 plain Almond milk and 1/2 vanilla almond milk, due to milk allergies. Also added blueberries half way through cooking. I will definitely make this often. Great recipe!
