Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups plain non-fat yogurt
  • 1/3 cup honey
  • 1/2 cup prepared Dijon-style mustard
  • 1 tablespoon chopped green onion
  • 1 dash chili sauce

Directions

  1. In a medium bowl, mix together plain non-fat yogurt, honey, prepared Dijon-style mustard, green onion and chili sauce. Chill in the refrigerator approximately 1 hour before serving.
