I made these for the first time today. They were a big hit at work. They are very creamy and smooth. The only thing I would do different is shape them into balls and dip them in the chocolate entirely, let them set and drizzle more chocolate back and forth on top to give it a professional look. I'm not very good at shaping the logs. I'll definitely be making these again. Great recipe!

Coconut is not my favorite, but it is a favorite of my husband, and he loves these. I did not have to chill at all, but could form the logs as soon as everything was mixed with my KitchenAid machine. Good recipe.

Absolutely fabulous! Crave them all the time! No changes needed at all except figuring out how to drip/drizzle/dip them in chocolate and what works best.
