Here's my changes to a very tasty meal. I use olive oil or melted butter with minced garlic, onion, carrots, cabbage(or any other green veg), potatoes, and chicken breast cut up into strips. Add salt and pepper. The trick is to put the potatoes on bottom of foil then add veg's and chicken and then pour the butter/garlic mixture on top. It's wonderful on the bbq or in the oven for 30 min. Very good and very easy! I used the thin cut pork chops and put 2 in each packet (the weight was still about 4 oz.). I didn't add the frozen peas, just potatoes and carrots.
