Thank you Dinah for this wonderful recipe. My only changes were that I used only one cup of butter and less green pepper (my own personal taste). My guests gobbled these up in no time!

These were awesome! I made them for my family and they were all gone before we ate our main dish. I used about twice as many mushrooms, crab instead of clams and provel cheese. Also, to make this more Atkins friendly, I used homemade bread crumbs that were made from Healty Life low carb wheat bread.

Everyone said these tasted just like Olive Garden's (which is a huge compliment). I used crab instead of clams, but next time I might try a mixture of both. Everyone wants to borrow this recipe now!

I made these for my husband one evening and he thought that these were the best stuffed mushrooms he had ever eaten. These are truly great, and so easy prepare! These are not very greasy, and have å wonderful flavor. I am going to try real crab the next time I make them. Thanks for the recipe!

This recipe was fantastic my wife and I loved it.The taste beat Red Lobster's stuffed mushrooms,they would be great if you added crab meat and lobster meat which we did.

This is a great recipe! If you like Olive Garden's stuffed mushrooms- you will like this. I only used 1 can of clams and omitted the green pepper. I would cut down on the butter, as others suggested- it doesnt need that much. One reviewer suggested crab meat- I may try that next time. Sounds good! These are wonderful!

AWESOME RECIPE!!! If this gets rated low by someone then they cant follow directions. The partygoers at my last party were litterally camped around the mushrooms. I didnt drizzle on as much butter as the recipe called for but I am sure it still would have tasted great. Give this a try!!!

These were good. I added a can of crabmeat in addition to the clams and cut the amount of butter used in half. Squeezing the fresh lemon juice over the mushrooms is a must as it really brings the flavors out.

Very tasty. Yum!!! I did use less butter like the other reviewers suggested. I also didn't have any mozzarella cheese so I sprinkled some grated cheese on top before baking.

EXCELLENT! This is the stuffed mushroom recipe I have been searching for. I added a can of crab meat in addition to the clams and the mushrooms still came out great. I also added some mozzarella cheese to the mixture The only thing I didn't add was the parmesan cheese because I forgot to pick up a can in the grocery store, and I think that is something you should NOT leave out. I will definitely make this again. Thank you for sharing it!!!

WOW! These were great! I took them to a party and everyone wants the recipe. The only thing I changed was divided the butter in half and I didn't use clams, I used crab meat. EXCELLENT!!

I liked the flavor of this recipe and will probably make it again, but I think 1 1/2 cups of butter is way too much. I had to remove the mushrooms from the pan immediately because they were swimming in butter. Other than that, they were very good.
