INGREDIENTS
1 egg, lightly beaten
1/2 cup soft bread crumbs
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1 tablespoon fresh snipped dill
1 clove garlic, minced
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1 pound ground turkey
4 hamburger buns, split
Lettuce Leaves
2 tablespoons mayonnaise

DIRECTIONS
In a large bowl, combine the first eight ingredients. Crumble turkey over mixture and mix well. Shape into four patties. Grill, covered, over medium heat or broil 4 in. from the heat for 4-5 minutes on each side or until a meat thermometer reads 165 degrees F. Serve on buns with lettuce and mayonnaise if desired.

These were not a hit with my family. It's definitely a matter of taste--they're not bland--but the combination of lemon and dill and turkey was a little odd and just didn't work for us.

The dill is a bit of an acquired taste. My husband and I loved them. Kids...not so much.

These were ok. My fiance liked them but I don't think I'll make them again. It's a decent base recipe for burgers, but it needs alot more flavor. I didn't expect them to be bland. Sorry.
