My husband wanted peas for Thanksgiving (he wanted canned peas, which I refuse to eat, but he accepted frozen) and he loves pickles. He wasn't sure if this sounded awesome or awful. I wasn't too sure either, so I tried it. I used more like 1/3 cup of diced dills, closer to 1/4 cup of dill juice (could barely taste it with a lesser amount), and followed the rest of the recipe. It was alright, but he told me not to bother making it again. Maybe we just like our pickles and peas unadulterated. :) Thanks anyway, Felicia.
