Hubby is enjoying this one...I added fresh dill as well, omitted the cottage cheese since I had none on hand and also added some fine diced red onion in addition to the other ingredients...thanks! Great way to use up leftover hardboiled eggs from Easter.

I made this for lunch for myself and my youngest child. I used 1% small curd cottage cheese and because I did not have relish on hand, I ran a couple garlic dills through the mini food processor and threw those in. My son had his on whole wheat bread, I ate mine wrapped in cabbage leaves. This was just okay. For me, I think using both cottage cheese and mayonnaise was a bit much--next time I'd maybe cut back on one or both. He loved it, though which is really what matters.

Not extraordinary, but very nice. I didn't have dill pickle relish so I substituted with finely chopped dill pickles and fresh dill. I'm not convinced this was any better or different with the cottage cheese than without, but it doesn't matter, I enjoyed it. Light, nutritious low-carb/high protein lunch I enjoyed over a tossed green salad.

I thought this had great flavor - I was pleasantly surprised. Mine wasn't runny at all. My only modification: I just chopped up a pickle because I didn't have relish.

Let me start by saying that I've never been a fan of egg salad sandwiches but I had some eggs I had to hard boil so they wouldn't go bad and instead of my standby deviled eggs decided to try this instead. Made this exactly as written and is very good! However after tasting as is, I added a touch more dijon and then a heaping tablespoon of real bacon bits. Doesn't need any salt if you do it this way and boy is it yummy! Next time I think I'll add a nice big slice of tomato with the lettuce!

This was a nice little early lunch. I don't buy dill relish so I just used a dill sandwich pickle. I used less mayo, I don't think you need that much with the cottage cheese. I didn't have any celery so I left it out. Very good, thanks!

Loved this recipe. I used low fat cottage cheese and light "real" mayo. This is a great recipe when your not in the mood for a sweet pickle relish sandwich.

This had a good flavor but the cottage cheese made it real runny. I will make this again but drain the cottage cheese next time. I don't keep bread in the house so with this I just took the egg/cheese mix and rolled it up in lettuce like a wrap. Again, very tasty but I recommend draining your cottage cheese.
