Today, I decided to make egg salad for the coming weeks lunches to save on eating out. I reserved 8 eggs for myself & made regular egg salad for my Gramma & boyfriend. I decided to search for something different for me. I found this recipe, but, I didn't have celery, dill pickle relish, mayonnaise (I ran out making other)or Dijon mustard. I decided to make it anyway. I used my 8 eggs, two cups small curd cottage cheese, regular mustard & spicy brown mustard. I just squeezed the mustard til it looked good. I just got done eating my sandwich. It was awesome. I will never eat egg salad any other way now. I don't like mayonnaise or salad dressing, so this is a keeper. Thank you for putting this up.
