Very yummy! I also sprinkled with Parmesan cheese prior to serving. I love the Parmesan and zucchini combination.

Delicious and so easy! I love zucchini and dill so I may be biased, but my husband enjoyed them too and he's very picky about veggies.

Made this several times the last few weeks. Really enjoy the flavor and texture. Just don't cook it longer than instructed or it will be mushy.

My three-year-old son devoured the zucchini halves! I had prepared this recipe using David Burkes buttery flavored spray instead of butter and kosher salt in place of table salt. I ate three halves, helped by my son. When he wanted more I shared dad's portion with him. I had to go out to my garden and pick more zucchini to prepare a second batch for my dh. This is the most green that my son has eaten in one sitting in his life!
