This was a good way to took sole. Nice and flavorful as well as quick and easy. My only problem was the sole falling apart but I dont think thats the recipes fault. Will definitely cook again.

This was SO quick and easy - I love recipes like this because the clean up is so quick. We used flounder and pine nuts, but it was still really great!

This was very easy and fast to make. The light cornmeal coating gave it an added touch. Hubby raved over it.

Very good and very easy. Try substituting pine nuts and leaving out the dill for an alternative.

Corn meal coating makes for a crispy outside with a tender moist inside. Loved it.
