Lots of honey and mustard go into this great sauce, but there's also orange juice, tarragon, Worcestershire and white wine. Just pour over thinly-cut pork chops and marinate for a few hours in the fridge. Grill and enjoy.

Just five ingredients are all that's needed for these tender chops. Whenever I serve these to company, they get rave reviews and recipe requests, notes Jami Ouellette of Houston, Texas.

This is a homemade recipe from my dad. Whenever I make these for someone, they fall in love with it and always request I make more. It fills your home with a wonderful smell and is the best way to have cheap chops go so tender they fall right off the bone. Serve with hot sauce and mashed potatoes.

Pork chops never had it so good. First they're rubbed with pungent herbs and tucked into the fridge overnight. Then they're grilled and double-basted with a three-mustard sauce and sweet, thick honey.

I made this up one day because I was wanting something different then the same old pan-fried pork chops (that is how my husband asked me to cook them that day). So I made this up real fast, and boy did he love them. Now he asks for them every time. I do this with boneless and bone-in pork chops. So it doesn't matter what kind you have on hand, just cook them up and enjoy.

Marinate center cut pork chops in the pickling liquid of store bought dill pickles - sounds strange, but it's a winner!
