Dill Poached Salmon

Ingredients

  • 4 (4 ounce) fillets salmon
  • 2 cups chicken stock
  • 1 bunch fresh dill tied with kitchen twine

Directions

  1. Place the salmon fillets in a large pot, and pour in the chicken stock. Bring to a boil, reduce heat to low, and place dill in the pot. Cover, and cook 15 minutes, or until fish is easily flaked with a fork.
