This was excellent. I had look at previous reviews prior to making this and they said to deglaze the pan with white wine and double the cream. I think this is the only way to go. It was much better like this and you get more of t he yummy sauce.

This was ok. Made as is with flouring the chicken as suggested by other reviews. I thought it was a bit plain and could have used some extra seasonings to give it more flavor.

This definitely has 5-star potential. I followed the suggestions of other reviewers (flour the chicken, add shallot, garlic, mushrooms and a shot of wine). It was very good...though still seems to be a little short on flavoring. Perhaps some garlic or onion salt and extra pepper? I will definitely keep making and tweaking...it has 5-star potential! Thanks for the submission!

Not a big Tarragon - would be good with asparagus, broccoli, spinach, etc...

My husband really liked this dish. Too me it was too much of a mustard taste. I will make this again, but with less mustard.

I absolutely loved this recipe! I didn't change a thing about it and it came out wonderful. You might want more sauce so you can always double the recipe but don't change anything else!

This was absolutely delicious. I did make a couple subs -- I used the other suggestions and tossed the chicken (I used chicken tender -- cooked in less time) with the mustard and a little flour and pepper. I was very surprised how easy and how good this was!

I didn't really care for this at all. However, I did eat it, but it wasn't a very good dish.

The only thing I did differently was that I deglazed the pan with white wine. I served it with steamed brown rice & Broccoli. My family likes mustard - so the oly thing I will do differently next time is add more. I may also try it with split skin-on breasts ro retain a little more moisture in the chicken. But truely, this was simple & delicious!

pretty good and very easy. My chicken was extremely thick, so next time I might pound flat just to have more sauce to chicken ratio.

Very nice flavor combination. I followed the recipe entirely, not substituting at all and made it one 2 occasions and it was a complete hit.

This recipe works well with wild game such as duck, goose, and awesome as a sauce over slow cooked, then sliced elk and venision roasts. I don't eat my wild game any other way.

This was a great recipe. I followed other reviewer's advice and covered it with seasoned flour. I also added onions and fresh garlic, and it was fabulous. Served it with fresh sourdough bread and mashed potatoes. My husband was raving!

I made this last night, the taste was good and the chicken was very moist. However, my cream sauce split, im not sure what I did wrong, but it was very unappealing to the eye. My BF ate it, but skipped on seconds. I don't think I will try this again.
