Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
  2. Season catfish fillets with seasoned salt. Mix orange juice, lemon juice, Dijon mustard, soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, and hot sauce in a bowl.
  3. Heat olive oil in large oven-safe skillet over medium-high heat; fry catfish in hot oil until lightly browned, 1 to 2 minutes per side. Spread mustard sauce on both sides of each fillet; drizzle remaining sauce over fish. Arrange bell pepper, onion, and garlic over fish.
  4. Bake in preheated oven until fish is easily flaked with a fork, 15 to 20 minutes.

I should have made the peppers into quarters, got better done that we prefer. I added the sauce over all the veggies as well as fish and was a nice flavor. Thanks for the recipe.I will make again.

This was so tasty and easy! I used Swai instead and honey mustard instead of dijon. Loved the additional flavors from the veggies (sauteed slightly before adding them on top).
