TOPPING:
1 pound ground beef
1/3 cup chopped onion
2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
1/2 teaspoon dried marjoram
1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
1/4 teaspoon dried sage
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1 (10.75 ounce) can condensed cream of mushroom soup, undiluted
CRUST:
2 cups all-purpose flour
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 teaspoons baking powder
1/4 cup shortening
1 cup milk
2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese

DIRECTIONS
For topping, lightly brown ground beef and onion in a skillet; drain well. Stir in Worcestershire sauce, marjoram, oregano, sage, pepper and soup. Stir until well blended; set aside.
For crust, combine flour, salt, and baking powder in a mixing bowl; cut in shortening. Add milk and stir until combined (mixture resembles a soft biscuit dough). Pat dough into a lightly greased 15-in. x 10-in. x 1-in. baking pan.
Spread beef mixture over crust. Sprinkle with mozzarella cheese. Bake at 400 degrees F for 25 to 30 minutes or until lightly browned.

I tried the crust only as well, which was nice and very easy. There was way too much milk, however, so I added quite a bit more flour. Like a biscuit, but not greasy/flaky. Thought about trying some yeast or nutritional yeast to get that traditional flavor.

Wow! This turned out fantastic! I was looking for a fast pizza crust as we got home late - I made the crust exactly (well used butter instead of shortening) and put my own toppings I had on hand (mixed 10 oz sauce with sausage, mushrooms, onion, feta and sun dried tomatos. We are totally impressed with this quick bake pizza - Thank you for sharing!
