FABULOUS! I made this once and it became my signature dish among my friends. They request it often and never tire of it! I follow the recipe as it is, I eyeball the spices, and it always turns out perfect. A little rice and you have my perfect comfort food. I am going to have to make for dinner tonight! I really loved this! I give it 4 stars because my husband isn't a big fan of curry. It is one of those spices that some people are really sensitive to...and I didn't even use more than one teaspoon. Make sure your guests like curry or make it without.

This was a serious crowd pleaser! I even used frozen broccoli (thawed) and it was so easy. I left off the onion and served it over warm rice. Delicious!

Okay, this recipe was just mediocre. I would say that the caption that say it "improved" traditional chicken divan is a stretch, its just a different recipe altogether- and I happen to like curry. Sorry, I'm going back to the classic recipe. (Tried to submit this review once already unsuccessfully, trying again - sorry if it posts twice).

I thought this was a good recipe. I will make it again except I won't use quite as much curry powder next time- as it was a little overwhelming. Also, I think it needs a little milk to be added to the soups to make it a little less thick, and give it a better consistency. Thanks!

I used less curry than was called for in the recipe (thanks for that advice!), and I think this turned out wonderfully. My family and boyfriend all loved it (even though my boyfriend thought it needed more curry). I've been asked a few times to make it again, so this one's definitely a keeper.

Hi, I am the author of this recipe. I had a change of last name..lol Anyway I have lost my original name and can't get it back if I wanted to, I have tried to get them to give me my account back under my new name but so far no luck! The reason I am writing is to let you guys know that this dish IS supposed to be served over white rice and yes by all means cut down on the curry if you like, I use 1 TBLSP. I am so happy that most people have enjoyed this recipe! If you like something MUCH milder, try Lisa Adams chicken noodle casserole. Another thing about this recipe that I have started doing over time is not adding the crunchy onions until the last 5 minutes of baking time. I will get around to posting more recipes under my new name soon. Thx again and Bon Appetit! 08-25-04

This was awful! I really don't understand all the 5 star ratings. It was salty and strong. Would have probably been much better without so much curry. I kept rereading the recipe to make sure I had prepared it correctly. Ruined my Sunday dinner. I would definitely not recommend this recipe.

Very good!! I used alot less curry though....1 1/2 tsp. I loved it. My husband didn't have the same love that I did...but he liked it. I think it is worth making again....very tasty!!

This was delicious and very easy to make. I made this ahead of time and froze it. Then, I put it in the oven to bring to temperature, and then finally served it for an all day football party. This held up for hours and the taste was delicious. The chicken stayed tender and the sauce stayed creamy! Excellent!

An excellent recipe. I only added a pinch of cayenne, since I'm not fond of really spicy food and was very pleased with the results. My 2-year-old even liked it! I'll make this one again.

This recipe was fantastic and even my boyfriend was very impressed! I only used 1 tbsp. of curry and it tasted perfect. I would consider cutting back on the curry and red pepper only for company or those that would not prefer a little zing. I loved it so much that I couldn't help but to have a little bit of the leftovers for breakfast this morning :-) Thank you!!!

I'd give this one a 10! My husband asked if we could have this dish once per week. :) He's very allergic to mushrooms, so I switched to Cream of Broccoli. Tasted great with either frozen broccoli or fresh broccoli. YUMMY. Thanks for the recipe!
