Giving this recipe 4 stars for (1) ease and (2) family friendly .. BUT.. withhold the 5 star rating because the amount of cayenne is just too much for this recipe, and I think 2 1/2 c. of cheese is probably overdoing it as well. A little less cheese would make the sauce "spread" a bit more.. and even though I reduced the cayenne to less than 1/2 tsp, it still put the kids ON FIRE! :) I am experienced with Indian cooking (using Marsala, curry, etc), and my family typically loves spicey dishes (with as much, if not more "heat" than this recipe), but for this recipe, it was just too overpowering. Definitely a quick family recipe - and would allow moms to sneak in other veggies (carrots, potatoes, peas, etc) very easily. Will make again w/minor adjustments. :)
