Ingredients

  • 1 cup butter or margarine, softened
  • 1 cup packed brown sugar
  • 2 egg yolks
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 2 cups semisweet chocolate chips
  • 1 cup chopped walnuts
  • 1 cup flaked coconut

Directions

  1. In a mixing bowl, cream the butter and brown sugar. Add egg yolks; beat well. Stir in flour and mix well. Spread into a greased 15-in. x 10-in. x 1-in. baking pan. Bake at 325 degrees F for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown. Sprinkle with chocolate chips. Return to the oven until chips are melted, about 1 minute. Spread chocolate with an icing knife. Sprinkle with walnuts and coconut. Cool on a wire rack. Cut into diamond shapes.
