I tried this because I had everything on hand. I liked it alot. I wasn't sure about putting the raw hamburger on the english muffins, but it turned out really well. So nice not to have to fry the hamburger first. My only problem was that I never broil anything and I burnt the holy Ned out of them!!! I assumed it would take longer to cook! Follow her rec. on cooking time! Will make again.

Very interesting and easy way to make a hamburger! I cut this in half and it yielded 6 open faced burgers. I forgot to add the worcerstershire so I just sprinkled it on top. Super simple and these cooked with no frying mess to clean up. I wasn't sure about the chili sauce taste it made it seem a little meatloafy to me, but my husband liked it. I added a bit of shredded american/cheddar to some and a bit of bacon to some and left some plain. Not bad and was something a little different.
