Awesome easy recipe! The best crepe recipe. Batter always turns out lumpy from the flour, but still tastes and turns out great!

These are worth 5 stars and more. Very easy!!! I made them for my Belgian husband and his son, and they loved them. Thanks Ann57 BTW: Mix all the dry ingredents first then add to the wet ingredents. Make sure you melt the butter well or you will get lumps of butter in your batter and add last.

This was incredible! I had always wanted to make crepes but was a little intimidated because they looked like it would be hard. With this recipe it was so easy! I took the reviewers suggestion and mixed my wet ingredients first and then sifted and whisked the dry ingredients in. Fabulous!

A perfect recipe for crepes! You can't go wrong if you have the correct small frying pan & you don't put too much batter in the pan....I thought the sprinkled sugar on top was delicious (I put strawberries & toasted almonds inside with a little whipped cream; even the lemon & sugar with nothing else was surprisingly tasty). I think it would be good for a group -- if you could make them one by one (or two by two if you had a second pan) to make them hot & fresh. This recipe is a keeper.

Made a perfect crepe. We filled crepe with cream cheese/sugar/vanilla/sour cream mixture, then warmed for a few seconds in the microwave; topped with ligonberries. DELICIOUS!
